1: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the stuffing. 2: Make slits on the chillies and gently remove the seeds, making sure not to damage the chillies. 3: Stuff some of the stuffing into the chilli cavity. 4: To make the batter, mix together all the ingredients except water. Add the water gradually while whisking to make sure there are no lumps. 5: Dip the stuffed chillies into the batter and fry in hot groundnut oil until crisp and golden. 6: Slice the chillies. Garnish with chopped onion, coriander leaves, and chaat masala.
