A spicy and flavorful dish made with crispy chicken drumsticks coated in a pepper sauce, enhancing the taste with ginger, garlic, and onions.

1: Slit the chicken drumstick pieces on the sides. 2: Add egg, cornflour and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken pieces. 3: Deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Set this aside. 4: In a mixer grinder, pulse grind the red chillies and black peppercorns into a coarse mixture. 5: In a hot wok/kadai, add oil and once the oil is hot add ginger, garlic and cook until the ginger and garlic turn golden brown. 6: Add finely chopped onion and cook until the onions turn golden brown. 7: Add soy sauce, vinegar and salt. Mix well and add some water. 8: Add the fried chicken drumstick pieces and the ground chilli and pepper mix. 9: Toss until the pepper sauce coats the chicken pieces. Add spring onions and remove from the heat.
