A delicious and mouth-watering paneer starter from Kashmir featuring stuffed paneer pockets with a vibrant chutney mix.

1: Cut the paneer into thick squares and cut through the center from the side to make a pocket. Keep it aside. 2: Blend raw mango with the other ingredients into a fine chutney. Spread the chutney into the paneer pockets. Keep the remaining chutney aside. 3: Add a little stuffing into the paneer pocket. 4: Prepare a batter out of besan flour and the other ingredients. 5: Dip the paneer in the batter and deep fry them to a golden brown colour. 6: Serve it hot with the chutney on the side.
