1: In pan pour oil and let it heat up, once hot add beans and deep fry until the outer skin blisters. 2: Set the beans aside, in the same pan drain off the extra oil and add 2 tbsp oil. 3: Once hot add the minced garlic and sauté until aromatic. 4: Add back the fried beans and add salt, pepper, black pepper powder, MSG and soy sauce. 5: Give it a good sauté and serve hot.
