A spicy street style Chilli Mushroom dish made with deep-fried mushrooms tossed in a flavorful mix of soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and spices, perfect for a delightful treat this weekend.

1: Cut mushrooms into halves, add soy sauce, maida, corn flour and water and mix it till it coats evenly. 2: Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the mushrooms till it turns golden brown and crispy. Keep it aside. 3: In a wok, add oil. Let it heat up. Add chopped ginger and garlic, saute for a few seconds. 4: Add the chopped green chillies and the dry red chillies and let them crackle. 5: Add the diced onions and capsicum and saute for a few seconds on a high flame. 6: Add the soy sauce and tomato ketchup, stir it for a while. Add the cornstarch, mix it in. 7: Add the fried mushrooms, toss it on a high flame till the sauce coats evenly. 8: Transfer it to a bowl, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
