1: Pressure cook the potatoes for 4 whistles with water and 1 tsp of salt. 2: Peel and grate the potato. 3: In the bowl of grated potato, add the dried mixed herbs, onion, salt, chilli flakes, cornflour, and maida. 4: Mix well to form a firm mixture. 5: Form into the potato shots with greased hands, place on a plate lined with greaseproof paper. 6: Fry them in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 4 minutes.
