Add the food colour, if needed. 5: Add the roasted Rava and mix until the water is absorbed. 6: Add the sugar on a low flame and mix until the sugar has dissolved. 7: Keep simmering on a low flame while stirring constantly until the Kesari has thickened. 8: Finish with ghee and saffron.
