1: Pressure cook halved potatoes for 4 whistles. Peel them. 2: Heat oil in a kadhai and let the mustard seeds splutter, add the coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and saute well. 3: Add hing, salt and turmeric powder. 4: Add the potatoes and chopped coriander leaves. 5: Mash and mix well. 6: Make roundels of this mixture. 7: For the batter: combine the given ingredients to make a smooth batter. 8: Dip the potato mixture in the batter and deep fry until golden brown. 9: Place in between the pav and serve with peanut chutney.
