An easy and quick festive special recipe for Cooker Carrot Halwa, perfect for celebrating Aayudha Pooja. This delightful sweet dish is made with carrots, milk, and sugar, flavored with cardamom and enriched with khoya and condensed milk.

1: Heat a cooker, add ghee, cardamom and carrots and cook for a few seconds. 2: Add milk, bring it to a soft boil. 3: Close the cooker and let it cook for 2 whistles. 4: Open the cooker once the steam is down and mash the carrots. 5: Add sugar and continue cooking the mixture on a medium flame stirring continuously. 6: Add khoya and condensed milk and some cardamom powder. 7: Keep mixing till the mixture becomes thick like halwa and serve.
