This Cookd version of the beloved McDonald's Filet-O-Fish burger features a crispy fish patty made from fresh ingredients, complemented with a delicious tartar sauce and served in a toasted bun.

1: For the sauce, combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. 2: Cut the fish fillet into squares that are approximately 3x3 inches. Dredge the fish pieces in Maida. 3: Combine the egg, mayonnaise and mustard together. Dip the fish in this mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs. 4: Fry in oil until golden brown, around 4-6 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish pieces. 5: Spread butter on both halves of the burger bun. Toast until golden brown. 6: Assemble the burger with the cheese slice, the fried fish patty and then the tartar sauce on top.
