1: Add all the spices required for the masala and dry roast it till it is aromatic. 2: Transfer it to a blender and blend it to a fine powder. 3: Heat a kadai, add oil. 4: Add the curry leaves and green chilli and let it crackle. 5: Add the onions and saute till it turns translucent. 6: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. 7: Add the masala powders and saute for a minute. 8: Add the tomatoes and cook it till it turns soft and mushy. 9: Add the spinach and mutton and mix till they combine evenly. 10: Add the ground masala powder and mix well. 11: Cook the spinach and mutton in the water it lets out. 12: Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 13: Add salt and coriander leaves and mix it well for a minute. 14: Take it off the flame and serve it hot.
