1: In a mixie, blend the roasted gram to a fine powder along with the powdered spices and salt until it gets completely combined. 2: Sieve and add the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine well. Add and mix the sesame seeds. 3: Add hot oil into the dry flour and combine followed by water. 4: Combine and mix the dough well to get a soft dough. Rest the dough for 10 mins, covered. 5: Grease the mold and fill with the dough to 3/4th the height. 6: Heat oil in a kadhai and squeeze into the hot oil on a high flame and fry until crispy. 7: Cool down completely and break into pieces. Store airtight for 7-10 days.
