1: Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. 2: Heat oil in a large pan on high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping it occasionally to get a sear on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pan. 3: Add butter to the pan, followed by the onion. Saute until translucent. 4: Add ginger garlic paste and all the spice powders. Saute for 2 minutes. Add a splash of water to prevent it from burning. 5: Add tomato puree and season with salt and sugar. Saute and cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it from burning. 6: Add the seared chicken pieces, cover and cook again for 5 minutes. 7: Meanwhile, you can cook the pasta. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season with salt. Add the pasta and cook for 8-9 minutes or according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta. 8: Add fresh cream, garam masala powder, kasuri methi and coriander leaves. Stir until evenly combined.
