1: Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute till it turns translucent. 2: Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. 3: Add the tomatoes and capsicum and saute on a high flame for a minute and keep it aside. 4: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it crackle. 5: Add the masala powders and cook it on a low flame for a few seconds. 6: Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. 7: Add cashew nut paste and mix well. 8: Cook the tomato puree and cashew nut paste till oil separates from it. 9: Add water, mix well. 10: Add the paneer and mix gently till it is submerged in the gravy. 11: Add salt, mix well and bring the gravy to a boil. 12: Add the sauteed vegetables, mix gently till all the ingredients combine evenly. 13: Transfer it to a bowl. Garnish with fresh cream and coriander. Serve it hot.
