This Masala Chai Panna Cotta combines the flavors of traditional chai with a creamy dessert texture. It features ingredients like milk, cream, and fragrant spices such as cinnamon and cardamom, topped with crushed Parle-G biscuits for a delightful finish.

1: Mix together the gelatin and cold water in a small bowl. Set this aside. 2: In a saucepan, add milk, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and clove. Bring the milk to a simmer. 3: Then add the tea leaves and simmer for 2-3 more minutes. 4: Add sugar and cream. Mix and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. 5: Strain it into a bowl. Add the soaked gelatin and vanilla essence. Mix to evenly combine. 6: Pour it into tea cups. If there are any visible bubbles on the top, you can pop them with a toothpick for better appearance. 7: Refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight. 8: Before serving, you can crush Parle-G biscuit and add it on top, along with some rose petals (optional). You can also place a whole biscuit to make it look like it is being dipped into a cup of tea.
