A delightful Berry and Lemon Loaf combining fresh berries with zingy lime flavor, topped with a crumble streusel. This recipe features a moist cake batter enriched with cream, deliciously complemented by a crunchy topping of nuts and brown sugar.

1: Preheat an oven at 160° C. 2: Combine the streusel ingredients and bring it all together until it forms a crumble and then set to one side. 3: Whisk the eggs, sugar and lemon zest till thick and foamy, almost a ribbon like consistency. 4: Sieve in the dry ingredients and whisk gently to just combine the mixture, do not over-mix. 5: Pour in the oil and cream and mix until evenly combined. Add maida in the berries and mix well to coat. Fold in the berries to the batter. 6: Pour into a greased & lined loaf tin up to ¾ of the height. Top with the streusel and then bake for about 80-90 mins, a skewer should come out clean. 7: De-mold and cool completely. Slice into thick slices.
