1: To prepare the dough, in a mixing bowl add the maida, salt, sugar, cumin seeds and oil. 2: Mix till the mixture becomes crumbly. 3: Add water and mix well till a dough is formed. 4: Knead well till the dough is smooth and soft. 5: Apply oil and rest it for 10 minutes. 6: Heat a pan, add oil. 7: Add cumin and green chilli and let it crackle. 8: Add the onions and saute till it is translucent. 9: Add the vegetables and saute on a high flame. 10: Add the masala powders and cook till the raw aroma is gone. 11: Add salt and water and mix well. 12: Cook till the mixture is dry. 13: Take it off the flame and cool it down. 14: Divide the dough, roll it into a thin sheet, trim off the edges and cut it into 3 even sized triangles. 15: Fold it and shape it like a cone, add the vegetable filling and cheese. 16: Apply water on the loose end and fold it and seal the corners. 17: Apply oil in the airfryer pan and place the samosas on it. 18: Brush oil on the samosas. 19: Air fry it at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes. 20: Serve it hot along with a dip.
