1: Add the roasted cashew nuts to a blender. Pulse the cashew nuts till its texture becomes powder. 2: Give it a mix, scrape it off the edges. Pulse it again till it starts to clump up and oil starts oozing out. 3: Mix it, and pulse again. 4: Add the other ingredients and blend it. At this point, it will loosen. 5: Blend it a little more till all the ingredients mix evenly and it thickens. 6: Add saffron, blend it. 7: Transfer it to a jar, store it for up to 2 weeks.
