1: Marinate the chicken liver with all the marination ingredients for at least 15 minutes. 2: Heat gingelly oil in a pan and add fennel seeds. When they start to splutter, add curry leaves, green chilli, and shallots. 3: When the shallots turn translucent, add the ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears, around 1-2 minutes. 4: Add the marinated chicken liver and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce the flame to medium and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes or until the liver is cooked. Keep stirring occasionally. 5: Finish with black pepper powder and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve!
