This Restaurant Style Paneer Bhurji is the quickest and easiest way to cook paneer and tastes amazing with hot rotis! Grated and cubed paneer is combined with spices, tomatoes, and cashew paste for a deliciously textured dish.

1: Grate 3/4th of the paneer using a large-sized grater. Chop the remaining paneer into small cubes or crumble it roughly with your hands. 2: Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, and green chilli. Sauté until the onion turns translucent. 3: Add the turmeric powder, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Sauté for a minute. 4: Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften. 5: Add the cashew paste and water, then sauté for 3-4 minutes. 6: Add the paneer and stir. 7: Add the garam masala powder, kasuri methi, and coriander leaves. Cook for 30 seconds and remove from the heat. Serve hot with roti or pav.
