1: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. 2: Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute until the raw flavour goes. 3: Add the mixed vegetables, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and ¼ cup of water. 4: Cover and simmer for 10 mins. 5: Finish with dry mango powder, garam masala powder and lemon juice.
