Delicious Paneer Samosas perfect for evening snacks. The filling includes grated paneer, onions, tomatoes, and a mix of spices, all encased in crispy samosa sheets.

1: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, saute until translucent. 2: Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste and cook until no longer raw in aroma. 3: Add tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cardamom powder and salt to taste, saute till the masalas get cooked. 4: Add the grated paneer and saute for 2 mins. 5: Add coriander, mint leaves and the chopped nuts and mix. Remove from the heat and cool the mixture. 6: For the samosa, prepare a paste of maida and water to use for sticking. 7: Prepare cones from the samosa sheets, add the paneer stuffing and seal with the maida paste. 8: Deep fry until golden brown and crispy in medium hot oil.
