1: In a bowl, add the paneer and add ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Set aside for 25-30 minutes. 2: In a pan, heat ghee and add onion and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds on moderate flame. 3: Add the marinated paneer to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes on a high flame until it develops some colour. 4: Then add fennel powder and cook for 30 more seconds. 5: Finish the dish with curry leaves, green chillies, and black pepper powder. 6: In a parotta, apply a tablespoon of mayonnaise and add the filling according to your discretion. Add cucumber and bell pepper, roll, and serve hot.
