1: Cut the chicken breast into strips and set aside. 2: In a pan add the butter and let it melt; once melted, add the chilli paste and sauté. 3: After 30 seconds, add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell subsides. 4: Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper and cook for a minute. 5: Add the milk, turn off the flame, and set aside. 6: In a mixing bowl, add the Maida, the spices, and ginger garlic paste; pour in the water and whisk into a smooth batter. 7: Dip the strips into the batter and dust them in the corn flour and deep fry until light golden brown and crispy. 8: Add the sauce to the chicken and toss until well combined and serve.
