1: In a mixing bowl, add chicken, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, and turmeric, mix and let it marinate for 30 minutes. 2: In a kadhai, pour coconut oil and add sliced onion. Once golden brown, immediately add ginger garlic paste, dry red chillies, and green chillies. 3: Add cumin and fennel seeds and cook for 10 more seconds. 4: Add the marinated chicken and sauté for 2 minutes on high heat. Pour water and cook uncovered for 10 more minutes on moderate flame until the chicken is cooked through and the water evaporates. 5: Serve hot with roti or parottas.
