1: Heat water in a pot and bring it to a boil. 2: Add the eggs gently and boil it for 12 minutes. 3: Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water immediately. 4: Peel the eggs, cut it into halves. 5: Heat a pan, add oil and fry the boiled eggs in it. 6: To a blender, add the ingredients required for the puree and blend it to a fine paste. 7: Heat a kadai, add oil. 8: Add curry leaves, green chilli and let it crackle. 9: Add the onions and saute till it turns light brown. 10: Add the blended paste to it and cook it for 2 minutes. 11: Add the dry masala powders and cook it for a minute. 12: Add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft and mushy. 13: Add water, bring it to a boil. 14: Cover and simmer the gravy for 5 minutes. 15: Season the gravy. 16: Add the fried egg and mix gently. 17: Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with dosa.
