These Hasselback Potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with garlic-infused butter, cheese melt, and garnished with parsley. A creative twist on the classic baked potato that is sure to impress!

1: Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them evenly but not all the way through so that the bottom of the potato is intact. 2: In a bowl of melted butter, add chopped garlic and parsley. Mix them well till they combine. 3: Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray. Generously brush the flavoured butter on the potatoes and inside the gaps of each slice. Keep the remaining butter aside. 4: Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for one hour. 5: Keep basting the potatoes with the reserved butter at regular intervals. 6: Prepare a cheese melt by heating up cream, adding the grated cheddar, and mixing it till the cheese melts. 7: Garnish the potatoes with parsley.
