1: In a bowl, add kashmiri red chillies, ginger, garlic, whole spices, turmeric, tamarind pulp, salt, sugar, and 3 tbsp vinegar and let it soak for 35-40 minutes. 2: Blend the marinade to a thick fine paste. 3: Mix the marinade with the prawns till it coats evenly on every prawn and let it marinate for 1 hour. 4: Heat a pan, add oil. Add the sliced onions, sauté them till they are golden brown. 5: Add the marinated prawns and cook it till oil splutters from the sides and the prawns are cooked. 6: Transfer it to a plate, garnish it with chopped coriander and a lemon wedge. Serve it hot.
