Simple and flavourful Paneer Teriyaki that you will fall in love with! This dish features crispy paneer batons coated in a delicious teriyaki sauce made with dark soy sauce, vinegar, and a blend of spices, garnished with sesame seeds and sautéed vegetables.

1: For the Teriyaki sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Set it aside. 2: Dust the paneer pieces lightly in corn flour and shake off all the excess. 3: Deep-fry the paneer on medium-high heat just until it turns crispy and the color starts to turn slightly golden. 4: Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add the spring onion, onion, and capsicum pieces. Sauté for 1 minute on high heat. 5: Add the sauce to the pan and simmer it just until it thickens. 6: Add the paneer pieces to the sauce and mix gently. 7: Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds.
