1: To the chicken, add cornflour, maida, salt, egg, water and mix till the chicken is coated with the batter. 2: Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken to a golden brown colour. 3: In another pan, add oil, chopped garlic and saute till it turns light brown. 4: Add water, soy sauce, honey and brown sugar and mix till they combine evenly. 5: Reduce the flame to low, add butter and let it melt slowly and blend in with the other ingredients to form a smooth sauce. 6: Add the fried chicken pieces to it and mix till it is coated with the sauce. 7: Garnish it with chopped spring onions and serve it hot.
